Perros Santos is a volunteer-run, nonprofit organization providing no-cost monthly spay and neuter clinics in Todos Santos, Baja California Sur, serving surrounding communities including La Paz, San José del Cabo, and beyond. Our mission is simple but urgent: to address the dog and cat overpopulation crisis at its source.

There are not enough homes for the countless unsterilized animals producing litter after litter. Without intervention, these animals—and their offspring—often end up abandoned, surrendered to already overwhelmed rescues, or left to survive on the streets. This creates a heartbreaking and self-perpetuating cycle that impacts the entire community.

Through education, prevention, and compassion, we work to break that cycle. With the help of donations, grants, and an incredible team of volunteers, we provide life-changing veterinary care at no cost—treating every animal with the dignity, respect, and love they deserve.

Our impact is real: male neuters alone have increased by 80% over the past two years, proving that community-driven action works.
